Friday`s Ride

Rode 115 K`s today, despite a number of physical ailments and my crank almost falling off twice. Thank goodness for advil and mulit tools! We did the usual loop along Zero to 264, east on 56 and meandered throught Abbotsford, through Mission and Maple Ridge and home via the Albion Ferry.
Time for a glass of wine and a good book on my sunny patio. Let the weekend begin!
