Wednesdày`s WOD & Ride

3 Rounds
6 reps of each:
Power snatch
OHS
Back Squat
Good Morning
Push Press
Bent Over Row


I loved this bar complex. The Rx`d weight was 50 so I started at 55, then 65 then 75 which was tough but good.

3 Rounds
12 - Front squats 75lbs
500m row @ 2 min pace


3 Rounds
10 - Hang squat cleans 75lbs
2 min box step ups.

Loved the hanging squat cleans, expecially when I dropped the wither to 60 for rounds 2 and 3.
Hated the box step ups,I did 30 then 27 then 24. Embarassing but I had to breathe!

Then in the afternoon (rush hour to be exact) I went for a ride with my girl Erin. Niether of us felt great to start but but we managed just the same. I`d forgotten that Bradner has some nasty hills but like I reminded myself, it`s better than a lumbar puncture. Inspirational :) 65K total.
