Today`s WOD was awesome. It feels like a long time since I`ve done a Crossfit class, I guess 4 days off is a long time! I kicked it up today two ways. Instead of using the 20lb med ball for the `around the worlds` I used the 47lb sand bag like the big boys for 2 of my 5 rounds. And on the Bear, (Which I LOVE!) I jacked it up to 75lbs rather thant the rx`d 65lbs.

5 - Burpee thruster 2x25lbs
10 - DU's
10 - Sandbag around the world.
3 Rounds
7 - bear complex 75lbs
I picked up my broken bicycle from the shop this monirng. Yay! all ready for riding again!

Way to go on the workout Jill. The bear was awesome eh? The around the worlds were crazy. I can feel all the muscles around my rib cage and under the shoulder blades. Those sandbags were a bit awkward I must say. Glad you got your bike back. Hope to see you this eve.
