Thursday

I slept like crap today, maybe 3 hours total. So I decided to jack up my pre-night shift workout and hope to keep the adreneline flowing until 7am. It was going to be a long shot.

I met with a few of my work mates for a `Fun Run` in the late afternoon. A combination of running and dips, pushups, burpees etc for a total of 45 minutes of ouch. A good time was had by all.
Then to Crossfit. I was already wiped and my shoulder was hurtin. Leanna and Chad helped me git'er done. I did 7 + 2/3 rounds in ten minutes of:

5 - Hanging power snatches 55
5 - OHS 55
10 - Situps


It was a tough go but I survived. Leanna was so right when she kept on telling me that correct technique make it an easier go. You rock Girl! I took a pass on the 10-1's as my shoulder would not let me do ring dips and the pull ups were a lost cause. Thanks to Coach C for letting me sneak in between classes so I could git'er done and make it to work with time to spare :) I think I`ll need an espresso around midnight to keep me goin!
