Good work out today. The push press was surprisingly tough considering the light weight but that rower really took it out of me.
I reached a new PR on my back squats. My #`s were 115, 125, 135, 140, 145- No fails!
Still perfecting my dips, bench dips were a nice alternative :)

Other than Crossfit, I spent a fortune getting my car fixed, (aurgh) and I enjoyed the sunshine in the afternoon. Back to work tomorrow, I`m actually looking forward to it. Strange.
