I`m eating tuna and an apple (all mixed together) for dinner as I type. I never thought I could do it (the zone-ish) but I`m not feeling like much else after a long day at work and a Crossfit workout.
Today`s WOD looked like this:
Work out of the Day
4 Rounds
25-pullups
25-pushups
25-situps
25-squats
The pullups were tough as I had to do 50`s of jumping pullups. Loved the situps and the pushups. Squats were interesting as my butt is still sore from Sundays ride. All was good upon completion at 26:08...not bad considering a few hours of sleep was all I mustered last night and up at 0400.
Daily adventures at work included arresting a guy with one arm. I couldn`t cuff him but I figured if he got ornary I could handle all 280 pounds of him. Fingerprinting him went pertty quick, as you`d expect :) I also discovered a new place to bust kids engaging in unsavory activity. Bring on the summer fun!
One final thought: Canucks- get your shit together.
