Pre-Game-3 Workout

Sunny skies called me outside for a quickie WOD before the Vancouver Canucks took on the Nashville Predators in game 3 of the second round of the Western Conference Semi Finals.

21-18-15-12-9-6-3
KB Swings
KB Thrusters
Sit Ups
Push Ups
Dips

I took a breather after 21-18 and after 15 but I pushed through the 12-9-6-3 which actually was 12-9-9. Lots of sweat and lots of second guessing myself during the WOD but somehow I found a way to push though and finish off strong!
