Warm Up- every 60 seconds for 12 minutes, alternate 20 DU's and 15 Sit ups. Total 120 DU's and 90 sit ups.

I went to bed at 3am last night so I didnt make it to the Crosfit class at 10am. I hit the gym at the office at 3, modified the wod and completed the above.
