Friday

This was the third time this week I attended the 0630 class, twice on days off! I love getting up early in the summer, especially when it's wicked hot like it has been this week.

Friday's WOD: 150 Push Ups, everytime you have to stop and rest, row 400m.
My break down looked like this:

25 Push Ups
400m Row
25 Push Ups
400m Row

25 Push Ups
400m Row

25 Push Ups
400m Row

25 Push Ups *I switched to push ups from my knees at this point!
400m Row

25 Push Ups
Total 2000m Row. I cent remember my time but it was approx 14 minutes.

In the evening, I worked a bike patrol shift and by 0300 I was beyond tired.
