Thursday- Tabata!

Tabata means 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.
Deadlifts 95lbs 11-10-8-4-10-10-9-9
Press 45lbs 12-12-11-9-11-11-11-11.
We warmed up with a 1000m row.
