** Between each set of HPC & SJ, do one round of Cindy- 5 Pullups, 10 Pushups and 15 Air Squats. Totals were 42x OHS, 42x HPC & SJ, 50 pullups, 100 pushups, 150 air squats and 1600m of running. Wow, that was a mental battle! But it wasn't enough so I went to hot yoga :)
