200m Run
On the surface, this looks harmless, almost enjoyable. Throw in 2'C weather and seven 200m sprints and things turned ugly really really fast. The old lungs just couldn't handle it. The power snatches were easy, even the burpees were no big deal. It's now 5 hours after the fact and I'm still coughing. Those who know the PARE cough, know what I'm talkin about.
