It was cold in my garage which affected my workout. Cold air is not good for the lungs and muscles but at least I'm not running 10 miler per week for 26 weeks in -40' celcius weather like I was 5 years ago!
I went back to Crossfit this afternoon for anotter class. This confirms the fact that I`m a little off my rocker. But I`m fine with that :)

It was good to see you last night! Wayne leaves next Wednesday - let's have a girls' night again soon! More movies and Liverpool.
I've been counting down to the day Wayne leaves so I can have my Meghan back!! I can do the evening of the 16th or the 18th. Women + Wine = Wisdom. (I just made that up.) Let's do it!!
