This morning I hit the Globo Gym with my sister and did the Crossfit.com WOD:
With a continuously running clock do one 95lb Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 95lb Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 95lb Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able... I made it to round six with a total of 21 C&J`s completed.

I woked on a few of the machines and did some free weights to for shits and giggles. Then I went to Cross Fit Langley for the real ass kicking of the day:

Did you do full cleans or power cleans on the .com wod today? Last time I did squat cleans but I'm going to do power cleans from the ground this time. I'm pretty sure it is however you can get it up.
I did power cleans. No squats... Too much work!!
