Tuesday's WOD

7 Rounds
8 Calorie Row
10 SDHP 55lbs
18 Second Ring Support
15 Box Jumps
10 Wall Ball
10 Ab Wheel
Each exercise must be completed in 30seconds followed by a 12 second break.

During the first three rounds I was doing only 10 box jumps beause I misread the board but I corrected myself in round 4 and switched to step ups. The ring supports were tough and by round 3 they were non existant... I used the 18 seconds to recover!
