I also worked on my double unders but the globo-gym-goers looked at me funny. I worked on the hammer chair and the ab cruncher then finished up with 10 minutes on the tread mill. I spoke with one of the coaches at the gym who I know from my old days of teaching and training a the Y. He asked my why I was back at the Y for a workout, especially considering the bad weather conditions. So I told him the only reason I was there was because Crossfit was closed! Ha ha I felt like following that up with an "In your face!" but I stopped myself :)
