Intervals, but different than what I`m used to. Still good, I guess. Change is good. The workout was as follows:
In 4 minutes complete 400m Row, 21 BD swings 35lbs and 24 jumping pullups. Rest for the time reamaining, if any at all. 5 Rounds. In the first round i did all as prescribed. In the second round I did 6 jumping pullups only then ran out of time. In rounds 3, 4 & 5 I only managed the row and the DB swings. No pullups. It was a good grinder. 20 minutes total.
