Wednesday

I was supposed to work over time this afternoon/evening but it was cancelled at the last minute (dammit!). So Patrick and I went for a run in the sunshine instead. We ran about 4K in 26ish minutes but our route is really hilly so we walked the last bit. We took the neighbours dog along for the run which was challanging as I`m not a dog person but it was still fun.
