Tuesday's Good Times

Coach programmed a cool workout today and I had fun with it. The competition was fierce and Coach kept on us to work hard throughout.

5 Rounds of 500m Row & Max Push Ups
1:57.5 & 12
1;52.8 & 12
1:55.6 & 12
1:56.2 & 12
1:52.0 & 12

The pushups were tough. We were not allowed to rest during the pushups so I had to give it all I had until I had nothing left in the tank. The 3 minute rest between each round was nice. I also experimented with the damper on the rower. I went 7-8-9-8-7 through the rounds and I didn't really notice that it got tougher until the 4th round when I started on level 9 then dropped it back down to 8. All in all, a good workout.
