I borrowed some ideas from the main website and some from the Langley website and created the followig WOD for myself.
Push Press
3x 65lbs
3x 75lbs
3x 85lbs
3x 95lbs
3x 105lbs
I could have gone heavier but I wanted to save myself for the remainder of the workout.
3 Rounds
450m Run
10 OHS Squats 45lb Oly bar
10 Air Squats
I had planned on doing 4 rounds but after the third run by back was acting up and I had to take a breather. My back had felt fine today until this and now it's irritated again but not as bad as it was last week.
2 Rounds
21 Pushups
21 Situps
21 Box Steps
21 DB Split Snatches 30lbs
This was a fun little ditty. I put a bosu ball under my feet for my second set up pushups and the instability was a good challange and there were no knees involved throughout all pushups :)
Another night shift in the bustling metropolis of Langley. What excitement will I find out there tonight?
