I slept for 5 hours per night for three nights in a row so after one dayshift, I was beat. I wanted so badly to just go home after work and go to sleep. I made myself go to Crossfit and I`m so glad I did. I left there feeling much better and awake!
Back Squat
3x 95lbs
3x 115lbs
3x 135lbs

I should have gone heavier on the back squats because I was feeling really strong. Not once did I think I couldn`t do it. (Even in my sneakers!) But I think I have a mental block against 160. It`s scary to me. Plus I knew I was super tired and hungry so I made the conscious decision to stop so I didn`t hurt myself. Next time though.... :)
Deadlift
3x 135lbs
3x 185lbs
3x 205lbs
3x 225lbs
3x10 ab wheel rollouts. I tried them from standing tonight. I got down in a nice controlled fashion but that was all I could do so I went back to the knees. Nothing spectacular on the DL`s and my Grace blister was getting in the way on this one. I`d take a picture of it but Patrick has the camera in Montreal so no pics (or Patrick) for me :(

Nice work Jill! I think it's awesome that you decided to do Crossfit and left with a great feeling. I hope that 160lb squat is scared - because you are coming for it!
