12 Push Ups
20 Jumping Pull Ups
8 Weighted Sit Ups (feet anchored) 15lbs
4-Sandbag to Shoulder Power Cleans 47lbs
Felt good on this one. I managed 3 full rounds plus the sand bags, sit ups and 4 push ups. I`m never going back to girly push ups ever! I love the real deal. Still working on perfecting it of course :) The weighted situps with the weight behind the head was very tough but felt great.
I spent the entire day in court. From 9am until 5pm. Not fun at all but all at double time so I guess it was worth it. Looking forward to more Crossfit tomorrow!
