25-wall ball - I used the guys ball for this one. 20lbs instead of 12lbs. Ouch, what a big difference!

I loved this workout. I love rowing and the barbell complex is my favorite. Just thought I`d mention that again. Of course, the Tims Iced Cap one the way to the gym really helped. Vive La Caffine!
