I was tricked!

SOMEONE posted a great WOD including power snatches, power cleans and clean and jerks plus my favorite weighted ab-mat sit ups. HOWEVER, upon arrival to Crossfit this evening, I made a grizzly discovery. Ladders. Cardio Ladders. My UN-Favorite!

Here`s what the Torture Chamber held for us Crossfitters today:

K2E
Hanging DB snatch 35lbs
Box Step Ups
Ab Wheel Rollouts
Push Ups

All in 25:52

You know what makes me mad? When participants cheat. And I`m not talking about doing pushups with knees. I`m talking about mis-counting. Or doing a half-ass job on exercises when the do-er can do better. I do my damn best every class. Of course there`s always room for improvement but honestly people. Gut=check time. Dont cheat yourselves! That`s all I`ve got. As my friends know, I`m not a rant type pf person.

Good job for sticking it out.

Not finishing your rounds, or out right cheating is no fun to watch. The only person suffering is themselves. Either you "Want it" or you don't. Go figure eh?

That said, I'm doubly glad I made the morning WOD of sweet powerlifting and not the ladder from hell. :) But you're a better person for it and I respect your integrity of doing your best in class. Hopefully, we'll get a chance to work out side-by-side again soon. I could use a little motivation with my running.

BRANDT! cant wait to work out with you! Will you be ther thursday morning? you guys are totally motivting me to get out of bed early for this WOD, what ever Coach had planned for us... cant wait!
