Wednesday`s WOD & Ride

500m Row
20 Hand Stand Pushups off of 24` box.

20 Evil Wheel

10 Straight Leg Dead Lifts off 10`box.
(one round of 15 by mistake)

3 Rounds
20 Dead Lifts 135lbs.

40 Walking Lunges.

Everything about this workout was enjoyable. The company was top notch. Hollie pushed me hard and we got `er done. When it came time for the 3x20 dead lifts, which were supposed to be 125, not 135, I accidently grabbed the 45`s instead of the 35`s. After a short discussion, we decided to go for it and man did it ever feel good!

This afternoon I`m hopping on the bike and going for a ride. Route is yet to be determined. Can`t wait!

Part II

It`s been two weeks since I`ve ridden and I definitely can tell, I was sucking wind today! As we went on though, I felt better. Top notch company, always an enjoyable ride! From home I picked up Erin at her place and we went south on 208th, 24th, 216th to Zero. We cycled east on Zero to 272 the up to Fraser and straight west to home. 60K total. It was cold and Erin created a new word which totally fit: Junevember! Can`t wait for Saturday`s ride.
