I`m liking this whole 7am workout idea. I went straight to Crossfit after work at 7am and upon arrival, I was already warmed up as the result of fighting a crazy lady out of the hospital 30 minutes earlier. I jumped right into the workout:
7 Rounds
20 - jumping pullups
10 - box jumps
10 - DB split snatches- 30lbs
10 - Ab wheels
I finished in 22:10 which I thought was too long for this seven rounder. After I got home and showered, I slept like a rock.
