Wednesdays WOD

I wasn`t supposed to make it to class but I got my priorities sorted at the last minute and left work early :). At Crossfit, we used an 33lb bar which confused the hell out of me regarding my weights so I didnt even try to keep track. I just lifted what Hollie and Leanna were lifting. Just tried to keep up!

Clean and Jerk
2-2-2

I think my numbers were:
83 x 1.5 (I did one full rep and only the full clean squat with no jerk on the second rep)
103 x 1.5
103 x 1

I stopped paying attention to the numbers, I`ll have to wait and see what the girls post and maybe update here later on.

4 Rounds
10 - box jumps
10 - Burpees
10 - Ab wheels
4 - sandbag to shoulders

I completed this one in 9:59. I hate burpees but the sandbag to shoulder was a nice break. Maybe next time I`ll use the guys heavier sandbags.
