Finally a Crossfit workout after a long layoff. And I loved it! I felt great through out. I loved having the new people there too. One guy was hot on my heals and kept me moving! I loved the run, it felt great to be outside in the sunshine :) I did a total of 204 Jumping/kipping pullups and busted two callus`s off my hands. Ouch.

5- Sandbag walking lunge
5 - Dumbell split snatch 30 lbs
5 Rounds
5 - pullups
10 - Pushups
200m run
Love it and can`t wait to get back but friggin work gets in the way so I won`t be back for another few days :(

I hear you on busting up your hands....After doing 162 Kipping pullups yesterday (I did Mondays WOD at lunchtime) my hands were raw, bleeding. The things we do for CF eh?

you`re right jeff. thank goodness there was no k2e & pullups in wednesdays wod!
Speak for yourself...I joined the Bootcamp WOD and ended up doing 60 K2E's last night. Needless to say my hands are worse today. A rest day is in order to allow some recovery.
