Tuesdays Workout of the Day looked like this:
Back Squat: 3x115 3x135 3x145 3x155 1x165- that's a new PR!
Dead Lift: 3x183 3x225 1x245 1x245
I felt strong on the squats but I was empty on the dead lifts.
3 Rounds
20 - Weighted ab matt situps 15x2db
20 - pushups
20 - air squats
20 - pullups
I was wiped after that so I went to work for a little recovery :)
