Wednesday`s WOD

Woke up in Vancouver this morning and made it to Langley by 9. Still waiting for the JSE scores and a little miffed at the delay in summer dress effective date but if it`s going to snow on the weekend, I guess ìt`s ok.


Today`s WOD:

3 rounds
ROW 20 sec on 10 sec off 4x
2 minutes of 5 pushups and 5 pullups
rest 2 min and repeat

As many rounds in 10 minutes:
5 - power snatches 75/50lb
5- ring dips
5- ab wheels
5 - hang db squat cleans 2x 30lbs

The three rounder was a nice warm up. I did 10`s of jumping pullups and modified pushups.
The 10 minutes were a good butt kicker. I managed 6 and a quarter rounds. I loved the power snatches as the weight was super light and it was a good chance to catch my breath. Hollie really killed this WOD and kept me going strong too :)

No bicycle ride tonight. A little recovery before work starts up again tomorrow. I need a break from all of this madness. Love it!
