This morning I slept in, so I decided I had to tire myself out so I could sleep tonight before going back to work tomorrow. I decided to ride to and from Crossfit and add in a little (big) detour to get the mileage up.
From home, I went east on Fraser to 224 where I stopped into Crossfit to dump my backpack (sneakers, water bottles and gym gear), Then I went further East on Fraser, South on 240 (big hills!)to Zero, west on Zero to 224 and North to Fraser. Then did the 5pm Crossfit class, you know because I needed my ass kicked.
Today`s Workout:
50 Wallballs
50 Double Unders
50 Box Jumps
50 Push Press
50 Walking Lunges with 2x 20 lbs
50 K2E
100 Jumping Pullups.
Then at 6pm I hopped back on the bike and rode home straigth west of Fraser.
Total 47K`s.
I`ll sleep well tonight!
