Wednesday`s WOD

Today`s Crossfit Langley`s WOD looked like this:

7 Rounds
6 - Hanging DB power cleans 2 x 30lbs
10 - Ring dips
1 - rope climb
2 - sandbag to shoulders
10 - walking lunges 2 x 25lbs

In 15:46 so not too bad at all. I had to wear weight-lifting gloves for this one as my hands didn`t make the miracle 24 hour recovery I was hoping for.

This afternoon I went to my Dad`s retirement luncheon. It was great to see so many people turnout and show their love. The chocolate hand cuffs and firearm were a nice touch :)

Tonights training ride was a short one but a good one. Just as well because I didnt have much left in the tank. We had a really slow start, left late and one guy had a flat tire but once we got going, all was well. Tonights route: From home to Dave`s then down 184 to Zero. I was not feeling strong in the first half of the ride but once we turned up 224, I knew the end was near so that gave me an energy boost. West on Fraser, through the City and home. Total 45K. Max speed of 70.5 somewhere along Zero. Thats Boston Bar speeds my friends! Super cool :)

Now gotta take care of a very sick sick Patrick.

Hi Hollie. You say I`m everywhere but where ever I am, you`re there too! I was surprised to see you guys so far west! Ya good WOD today. thatks for wearing one glove, it made me feel not so foolish. see you tomorrow!
