Today`s Crossfit Langley`s WOD:
9 Rounds
7 - SDHP 65lbs
7 - Pullups
7 - Kettle bell swings
7 - KTE
I did kipping/ jumping pullups today, So I`m closer to the real deal than ever before! Apparently it`s tougher on the hands because three of my caluss`s broke off. Ouch, I sure felt that when I washed my hands after the WOD, when I took a shower, when I washed the dishes... you get the idea. OUCH!
Today is Patricks birthday so we had a nice dinner and a relaxing evening. Back at `er tomorrow! Hey coach, no pullups or KTE`s tomorrow, ok? My hands need a break!

Nice work tonight Jill! Ouch! Your hands looked very painful. I haven't had that happen yet and I hope it doesn't anytime soon. You're so funny about POWER princess...I am just not sure how much I like the "princess" title...not very badass...:) Happy Birthday Patrick! Enjoy your night!

Jill, I've torn my hands twice and its sucks. I've since found a place to buy Gymnist grips for pullups etc. I am picking up a pair this week. You may want to consider these! I'd be happy to pick a pair up for you. In last month CF Journal they discussed tears and grips. Just measure from the base of your palm to your middle finger to find the length grip you need. Their $40. Let me know:)
