I can`t see it but it makes me stronger.

Thats the power of Crossfit. It`s this invisible force and can overcome everyone who jumps in with a whole heart. It`s not a bad thing to be overcome by this force. It`s contageous and powerful. It is Crossfit. I can`t see it but it makes me stronger. I love that.

Today`s WOD:
Warmup
500m row
60 sec of ring support

And then for time:
15 - Front squats 115/75
20 - pullups
15 - Push press 115/75
30 - Burpees
15 - SDHP 115/75
40 - Anchored situps
15 - Back squats 115/75
Rest 2 min 3x10 ab wheels

The burpees killed me. Plain and simple. My technique was horrible and it was a labour of love to get up every time for 30. I was watching/competing against Tammy and she was kicking my ass. I was 10 burpees ahead of her when she started but she still finished them before me.

Tammy and I ended up with the same time of 12:58 for the whole WOD as we both hollared `TIME!` at the same time when we were finished. Good times :)

I almost didnt make it to Crossfit (sacre bleu) as I was tied up with a couple of drug traffickers all afternoon. I prioritized and delegated and make it work. Cant wait for Satruday!
Ciao.

Great job Jill!!! When I saw that workout on the board today I thought, it doesn't look as tough as some that we've done lately. Wow, what a surprise eh? When I was done it felt like I just finished Fran. I too thought the 30 burpees were painful and form was not the greatest by the end. Thank goodness recovery time is getting better for us all. I love your comment about prioritizing and delegating to make it work. You are a true CrossFitter:) See you Saturday.
