Another day, another bad guy.

It snowed. It hailed. It rained. And I missed breakfast. It wasn`t shaping up to be a very good day. So When five of us were enjoying our sushi around 1:30, it was no surprise that we got called away...to right across the street. Here`s the readers digest version: Bad guy tries to steal three cars from an underground parking lot. He fails on all three but leaves lots of lock and ignition damage behind. He suceeds on the fouth car- a Cadillac. Just as he`s pulling out of the undergroud parking lot, I pull in. He gets spooked (of course), backed the Cadillac up and smashes it into a cememt pillar, then flees on foot up a stairwell and out onto the street. I get onto the radio to give a description and direction of travel then I squeel out of the undergroud and onto the street only to see my partners hoofing it across a busy downtown intersection in oursuit of our bad guy. Doug`s new name is Blue Lightening. It was a very funny sight to see. They chased the bad guy down inside of an insurance place about a block away. I stolled in a second later and confirmed the guy they had was the guy I saw in the stolen car and voila, 5 Criminal Code Charges. Just another day in paradise.
Later on in the afternoon we chased another guy who has tried to steal a Lincoln Navigator. He fled in a vehicle through two red lights so we shut it down and never found him after that. That pissed me off. Karma is a bitch so I`m sure it will al even out in the end.

No Crossfit workout today due to work but I was nice to relax and visit with a friend in the evening.
