Today`s WOD
500m row @ 2min pace
20-Kettle bell swings
500m row @ 2min pace
20- Elevated ring pushups
500m row @ 2min pace
20- DB Hang power cleans+push jerk 2x 30lbs

3 SETS @ 65/75/85lb
7 - DL+H squat clean+push press+B.squat+Push jerk
only let the weight touch for the deadlift,DO NOT REST on the ground.

Dips 10-10-10
Abwheel rollouts 16-16


Another great butt kicker. Thanks to Sterling for working out beside me for one round of `the bear`. I tried to keep up with him and it totally kept me going. I needed that!
