I took the weekend off (except for a run/walk up Knox mtn in Kelowna) from Crossfit. It felt so good to be back!
Warm Up: 2 Rounds:
12 Power Cleans 95lbs
800m Run
4 Rounds:
Max Reps Bench Press 85lbs
30 DU's
2 minute rest
My bench presses were good and round by round looked like this: 10-15-13-10 for a total of 48 reps.
