Warm Up
4 Reps of 1 Hanging Power Clean, 3 Front Squats and 2 Split Jerks 45-65-75.

5 Rounds
8 Front Squats 115lbs
10 Box Jumps 24" (box + 45lb plate)

I split up the back squats into 4+4 in rounds 2, 3 and 5. Box Jumps were with a 45lb plate to make it approx 24". In the 5th round Mary Ellen and I added a 35lb plate to make it about 26". Wicked!
