3 Hanging Squat Cleans 95lbs
2 Push Jerk 95lbs
50 m sprint
6:10 with Farrah and I each doing 5 rounds.
10 sets up 10 situps, rest 10 seconds between sets.
Then I went back to sleep and worked more overtime in the evening :)
