AMRAP in 20 min:
Power Clean 115lb
3 pushups
6 situp
9 squats
100m sprint
Increase by 1 Power Clean each round so by round number eight, I did 8 power cleans. Total was 36 power cleans and lots of the other stuff. The PC`s got easier as the rounds went along.
