I spent the weekend inVictoria with Nikki and went to hot yoga twice :) The shoulder is feeling better but I don't want to rush back to heavy lifting and re-injure myself. I modified today's Crossfit Langley WOD for an at-home-shoulder-friendly blaster.

Totals were 60-150-150.
