5 Rounds- not timed :)
10 Bench Press 75lbs
15 Body Rows
15 Ring dips
7 Weighted sit ups 20lbs behind neck
I could have gone a lot heavier on the bench press. I should have done 95lbs. The bench press was a nice break during the rounds. The body rows, however, were tough. I was doung singles all the way through! Hands were hurtin after this one.
