This morning I was feeling pain as a result of yesterday`s dead lifts. Even though I iced my back lots last night and popped a few advils, the pain persisted. I didn`t want to do to class today but I figured being active was the best way to cure my pain. If I`d known what was in store, I would have gone for a run instead...
As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes....30 minutes?!?! I thought it was a joke. But the trick was to take it slow and steady and just keep on moving.
2 Squat Clean & Jerks 95lbs
12 jumping pullups
12 bench dips
8 burpees
I finished 6 rounds in 29 minutes and decided to squeeze in two more clean and jerks. My first attempt, I squatted and got stuck in the hole. My second attempt, I cant remember what happend but what was supposed to happen, didn`t happen. So I finished with an even 6 rounds. I did all my burpees properly and the C&J`s got easier as the rounds progressed. That was the longest 30 minutes of my life!
