Tuesday`s Quickie

Today`s WOD was not planned out and I just did what ever I felt like at the moment. I was so mentally drained that I knew I couldn`t follow a planned WOD. So I just winged it, and took notes along the way.

20 Push Ups
20 Single Arm KB OH Snatches
450m Run

20 Weighted Sit Ups
20 Walking Lunges

Today was the first time I`d worked in 12 days and the last day I`ll work in 16. That`s a pretty sweet deal! Gotta love the community relations part of the job!
