7 Rounds of Inconvenience

We arrived in Kamloops this morning and went straight to Tobiano. Now that is a fabulous golf club. We had a quick lunch, Patrick stayed to play golf and I went to the hotel. Four Points by Sheraton is not a bad place but the fitness centre is lacking. There's a few pieces of cardio equipment and an I-dont-even-know-what-you-call-it piece of multi-purpose fitness equipment. I borrowed Crossfit Langley's WOD and had to modify it, lots. Here's what I came up with:

7 Rounds
Run 320m
6x Chest Press 77lbs
6x Pec Dec 77lbs
6x Hammer Chair

My run speeds varried between 7.5 and 8.5 mph and I lowered the pec dec to 66lbs in the last two rounds as my left tricep was not co-operating.

I have taken a few pics of the Kamloops area but can't up load them on the hotel computer so I'll do that when I get home.

I'm heading back to Tobiano to meet up with the guys for drinks after their round of golf. I'm playing country-club fancy-pants wanna-be this week and I'm having fun!
