I was supposed to be off work at 3pm so I could squeeze in a quick workout then make it to my grandmothers 85th brithday celebration on time. Unfortunately for me (or for the bad guys, depending on how you look at it), two bad guys decided to dump a stolen truck in my jursidiction and couldn`t run fast enough to get away before Langley`s finest scooped them up. This whole debacle caused me to stay late at work and didn`t leave me enough time to complete the below noted workout. I`ll be back at it tomorrow!

Again, a mid afternoon workout. 330pm ish. Come on you guys, you all know you want a Sunday WOD. Call me at 604 532 3200 (ask for Jill E.) between 6am and 3pm. Location is negotiable. Either Murrayville or Clayton Heights area. Let`s DO IT! At this point I don`t have a WOD planned. But I`m thinking of this...maybe :)
