26 minutes of Hell

I hopped the 6am ferry from Victoria this morning which left me plenty of time to make it to the 10am Crossfit class. Coach had designed a great workout which flew by fast but was very gruelling.

I spent the afternoonon the mic at a fundraiser and almost lost my voice but we raised almost a thousand dollars!

In the evening, I went for a ride with some team mates. We did the 184 Street hill which almost killed but but amazingly I made it! 45K total. Below is a picture of my girl Erin and I on 224th at 2nd Ave. Great weather tonight made for a relly enjoyable ride. Good times :)
