I went to the morning Crossfit class and completed the following:

2-135 ( I had to split this one into two singles)

I think that`s PR but I`m not sure. Leah was on my ass the whole time so I had to keep going heavier!

20 Single arm DB swing 35lb
14 Ab wheels
14 Jumping pullups
14:00 total. What a gasser!
Then at 1230 I hit my bike and went for a tour with team mate Brian. From home to 72 and 248th then meandered along 56th into Abbotsford. Over the bridge into Mission and west along the Lougheed to the Albion ferry. We toured through Fort Langley then 208th to 72 and home again. Total 85Kms. I`M TIRED!
