Monday`s WOD

Warm up:400m run

Back Squat
5-130, 15 jumping pullups
5-130, 15 jumping pullups
5-130, 15 jumping pullups
5-130, 15 jumping pullups
5-130, 15 jumping pullups

I could have gone heavier on the back squats but I wasnt sure I could have maintained the weigh through out. Next time I will!


Bent over row
5-130, 5 Ring Dips
5-135, 5 Ring Dips
5-135, 5 Ring Dips
5-135, 5 Ring Dips
5-135, 5 Ring Dips

This was my first go at bent over rows and I didnt fall in love with them. After 5 rounds at 135, I did two sets at 95 just to work on my technique. The 95`s were much more enjoyable. Next time I`ll start with 115 for technique purposes.

and thanks, those squats felt heavy as hell. You rocked that wod. You squat very nicely :) I liked your top tonight as well.. I dont think I ended up telling you that :P
