Monday`s WOD

The Bear is my favorite workout and there`s no better way to kick off the week than with this ass-kicker. I loved it!

Bar bell complex 75-85-95
Dead Lift- Power Clean- Front Squat- Push Press- Back Squat- Push Press- Repeat x6

The 75 was tough as I wasn`t warmed up yet.
The 85 was good, I didn`t put the bar down to rest.
The 95 was tough, I think I broke it down into 2-1-2-1.

Then we did a little balster which was great.

3 Rounds
6 pullups
6 K2E
6 Pushups
6 DB swings 45lbs
Push Press 47lb Sand bag

My time was 5.40. The Sand bag push press`s were tricky as I find that sand bag to be unpredicatble and it hit me in the head once. Stupid thing.

Your time was under 5 for sure, maybe 440 something I think?

Ladies night is a bunch of girls (like 15 of us!) going for dinner at the Water Stone Geill and then to see the sex and the city movie. I didnt watch the tv series so I`m not sure how much of the movie will make sense but I dont mind!
